The hotel’s Food and Beverage Outlet includes the All Day Signature Buffet – Manuel’s Restaurant, which features an array of delectable international and Filipino cuisine. Manuel’s Restaurant highlights the Cebuano Lechon for Lunch and Roast Beef for Dinner. The restaurant is open from 6AM – 10AM for Breakfast, 11:30AM – 2PM for Lunch and 6PM – 10PM for Dinner.

Our Signature Specialty Restaurant, Kan-anan, which features delicacies of the whole Cebu island stretching from Bantayan (North) down to the southernmost part, Santander, is located at the 4th floor. Kan-Anan is open from 4PM to 12Midnight.
